The X-Culture Handbook of Collaboration and Problem Solving in Global Virtual Teams

The UNC Greensboro University Libraries are pleased to announce the publication of the open access textbook The X-Culture Handbook of Collaboration and Problem Solving in Global Virtual Teams, edited by Dr. Vasyl Taras, Associate Professor in the Bryan School of Business and Economics at UNCG. Taras directs the X-Culture project, which matches students in international business courses at participating universities with their counterparts in other countries, allowing students to work in global virtual teams to help them prepare for their future careers.

In the new X-Culture Handbook of Collaboration and Problem Solving in Global Virtual Teams, contributors address known challenges and recommend evidence-based best practices for working in global virtual teams. The book provides practical advice not only to members of global virtual teams, but also to team managers, coaches, counselors, and educators.

The book was produced in partnership with the UNC Press Office of Scholarly Publishing Services and is distributed by the UNC Press. An electronic version is available for free download; low-cost print copies can be ordered through the UNC Press.
